Preparing for Dry Fog Treatment
People & pets out
Have all people and pets out of the house/office for 4-6 hours (or quoted treatment period). This may not be necessary for crawl spaces.
Dust & vacuum
A thorough dusting and vacuuming throughout the house is helpful, as our treatment works best in the absence of dust and debris.
Leave doors ajar
To aid the dry fog penetration, leave all cupboards, closets, tote lids and drawers slightly ajar.
Grab new filters
We recommend changing your furnace filter at the time of treatment. You may have a new one available for our technician and he will install it after treating your HVAC (optional).
Disable alarms
Dry fog will often set off alarms or smoke detectors.
